Friendship, transparency, vulnerability, laughter, sharing, study of the Word, prayer and much, much more are just  some of the ingredients found in the experience of the LEAD TEAM.  Across America, Advent Christian pastors are making the commitment to be together four times per year for a 24-hour time slot of just hanging out.  Groups have formed in the northwest, southeast, northeast, southwest, mid-west and others are being formed.  The group pictured here is the LEAD TEAM SE which has been together now for over two years.  From this group, our newest AC church planter was birthed and we continue to see God do some amazing things among us.

 

The LEAD TEAM is just one of the ministries which has been formed out of the department of  Nurture over the past few years.  It is proving to be one of interest and benefit for each pastor who makes the commitment.
