This past weekend I was privileged to participate in the 120^th anniversary of the Mechanicsville, Virginia, AC Church, which included the 33^rd anniversary of their daycare ministry. It was a great time for all who attended. I particularly enjoyed the morning message brought by the Rev. Glennon Balser, a former pastor of the church.

His message on Sunday morning from 1 Corinthians 15 was very appropriate for the church as they reflected on their past, present and future ministry. As Paul the apostle challenged the believers in Corinth to remain faithful in the days ahead, Glennon encouraged the church (and all of us for that matter) to be intentionally faithful “from here on out!”
