News From Our Churches – April 10, 2019

AGAPE HOUSE WORLDWIDE

Erwin and Rowena Cabrizos and their family (two daughters and one son) have arrived safely in Charlotte, N.C. They will be housed for a few weeks at the ACGC executive house before attending the upcoming AC Leadership Conference in Waymart, Pa. on April 30.

During the weeks prior to the AC Leadership Conference, the Cabrizoses will be mission representatives at two Missions Celebrations in North Carolina, one hosted by Central AC Church in Lenoir (April 14) and the other hosted by Banner Chapel AC Church in Benson (April 27). They will also speak in several local churches in the area. Pray for Erwin and Rowena as they have opportunities to share what is happening in their mission fields. Pray that many will have an opportunity to join the Cabrizoses and hear how the Lord is at work through their ministry.

If you would like to have the Cabrizoses’ speaking schedule while they are in Charlotte, please contact Trena at imissions@acgc.us.

CHRISTIAN MISSION NARATCHAKWAI, THAILAND

Ministry leader Ploy writes:

Greetings from Thailand.

Last month, Tik (member at CMN) got a full-time job in a supermarket. She gets a holiday once a month, so she comes to the church once a month. Thank you, God, that Tik’s son comes to church every Sunday. There are many problems in her life and in her family. She asks us to pray for her husband to come back in God’s way.

Last month, the children in the church were happy to stay at home on Sunday and play with their friends. Please pray for them. One of the causes was lack of motivating them to have fun. Kids are easy to bore, so we are praying and re-planning the activities for April.

Parn and I went to visit a Christian church in Bangkok. There were a lot of people there. The people were active with worshiping and praising God deep within their hearts. We praise God with our hearts, too, but we look so quiet.

We told Bee (one of the ladies who attended CMN and has now moved away) about our visit to Bangkok and she came to meet us at the church. Bee gave us some advice. We came back to Nakhon Phanom with many ideas in our heads. Thank you, God, for Bee. I believe God will show us how to go in a good way. First, we want to motivate our team members to be zealous more than before.

CMN ministry leaders went to give Soup of Love at the Child Development Center of Ban Naen Sa Aat. The children are very cute. A leadership meeting was held at the Kudsumarn Church in Sakhon Nakhon. Maeo and Pastor Boontaa presented senior food packets to two seniors.

Please pray for Parn’s father, he had a motorcycle accident on April 6. His wrist and mouth are injured. He will stay at the hospital for a few days.

We all need prayers and encouragement now. Please pray for us.

God bless you.

Love,
Christian Mission Naratchakwai, Thailand
