2023 Youth Camp Held in Chennai
INDIA – The Fellowship of Blessed Hope Churches under the American Advent Mission in India held a youth camp on Thursday, January 26, 2023, in Chennai, India. The camp meeting was on the theme “Calling, Commitment and Consecration.” From 12 churches, 130 youth members participated. It began with a great time of praise and worship. There was a total of five sessions of sharing by three invited speakers, including both professional working adults and a young pastor. The speakers spoke from their lives about how God enabled them to obey his calling and their commitments. The youth were challenged with life-transforming messages.
There were nine youth who committed themselves to full-time ministry. One youth determined to talk about Jesus to two people each day. Many others committed themselves to daily reading of the Bible and prayer.
Praise the Lord for a successful and fruitful youth camp! Please pray for continued growth among the youth, and discipleship of those who have made decisions to devote themselves to ministry.
