When I finally returned to Japan at the end of 2020, we talked more about her desire to be baptized and committing to Jesus. As we dug deeper into the Word of God, she started sharing things about her childhood, including information about an “unseen friend,” demonic forces in her dreams and exorcism. As we prayed and fasted about this, the face of the devil was revealed as her “unseen friend” and she started to be afraid more and more. It seemed that her water baptism and her commitment to God were opposed by these demonic forces. This has been a big spiritual battle we have experienced but praise God for the victory. She felt FREEDOM in Christ and was finally baptized. Please include her in your prayers.
