Your WHFMS groups are so pleased to share with you the wonderful news that we exceeded our goal for Bread of Life for 2021. The goal of $11,000 seemed unreachable in November 2021 but once again our women (and men, and teens and churches) came through in a big way. The total amount received this year was $14,987.75! That is the highest amount received since this project began in 2016. Just so we understand what a big deal this is, let’s do some math. Seventy dollars provides approximately 100 meals to people in our poorest mission fields. Reaching our goal of $11,000, we have helped buy over 15,700 meals. The almost $15,000 given will provide around 21,411 meals. To take it even further, the $15,000 means that around 21,411 times someone received a nutritious meal AND heard about the true Bread of Life, Jesus Christ.

Since 2016, we have raised $70,714.52, which translates into over 101,000 meals! We are excited to continue with this important project. Our goal for 2022 remains $11,000. Together we will reach it.

Since we love missions we must add, the money for Bread of Life is above what we give for Penny Crusade through our churches. Penny Crusade is vital to our mission work worldwide. We will always continue to support Penny Crusade first and encourage each of you to do the same. We are so blessed to be able to be a part of these efforts to reach others for Christ.
