Bread of Life Provides in India

INDIA – The loss of ACGC’s ability to send funds to India because of the revocation of our FCRA license created many challenges for us and our ministry partners. The Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) is the law that controls the flow of foreign funding to nonprofits in India. It decides who can provide resources, to whom the resources can go, how these resources can be used and so on. While we work toward a long-term solution, we continue to look for new ways to support our ministries. As a result of those efforts, we were able to fund some of our Bread of Life recipients. On June 1, these ministries received funds for the first time since January. Little time was wasted feeding the hungry, as on June 3, we received pictures, videos and even an audio recorded thank you message from one of the leaders. Balu Nayak reported feeding many people in need thanks to the Bread of Life funds. Praise God for this new opportunity and pray that God will open new doors for sending support to our brothers and sisters who are ministering in India.
