ILLINOIS – The Church of the Highlands in La Grange, Illinois held a chili cook-off to raise funds for Penny Crusade on Sunday, October 30. Members and guests enjoyed five different chili recipes and had the opportunity to vote for their favorite. Bruce Cady was selected as the winner, and earned the right to keep the trophy until next year. This event was last held in 2019, and this year’s cook-off raised $723.
