Rev. Warren W. Feustel

SOUTH PARIS — The Rev. Warren W. Feustel of Norway, husband of the late Helen L. (Winsor) Feustel, died on Wednesday, Aug. 13, at Market Square Healthcare Center.

He was born in Springfield, Mass., on April 28, 1926, the son of George and Cecelia (Parkhurst) Feustel. He attended Washington School and Springfield Trade School.

During World War II, he served as a diesel engineer in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Cockrill (DE-398) and nearly traveled around the world. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he worked for New England Rototiller Sales in Wilbraham, Mass, and for Machlett Laboratories and American Cyanamid Corporation, both in Stamford, Conn.

Hearing God’s call to ministry, he attended Northeastern Bible College in Essex Fells, N.J., and graduated in 1960. He served as pastor of Baptist churches in Stafford and Southington, Conn; Grace Alliance Church in Buzzards Bay, Mass.; Advent Christian churches in North Springfield, Vt., Oxford and Mechanic Falls and Faith Community Church in Lovell.

He is survived by his son and wife, Eric and Robin Feustel, of Allenstown, N.H.

He was predeceased by his wife, Helen L. (Winsor) Feustel; and his brother, George I. Feustel.
