We are very excited to share with you that we have recently brought Erik Reynolds on to the MTI leadership team. Erik has been involved with course development and facilitation for MTI in the past, but we are very excited to bring him on in a more formal leadership role. Beginning in January, Erik will be filling a new role with MTI; that of Ministry Year Coordinator. In this role, he will provide oversight for the development and delivery of our ministry year courses, including those courses that are part of our pastoral, church planting and missions tracks. He will also serve as an extra layer of support and guidance for the students and course instructors that are involved with those courses.

Erik is a United States Army veteran. His ministry experience includes time as a youth pastor and lead pastor. At present, he is planting a church in the Worcester, Massachusetts area called Refuge Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies and is presently nearing the completion of a Doctor of Ministry in Evangelistic Church Planting. 

We are thrilled to bring Erik on in this role and believe that it serves as another important step forward as we seek to provide deep and meaningful theological formation and leadership training for the Advent Christian network and beyond.
