We need you to register for the 2021 Triennial Convention virtual meetings! The first 100 registered delegates will receive a Berkshire Christian notebook you can use during the meetings. The first 200 registered delegates will receive a centennial coffee mug from Advent Christian Retirement Communities. We were planning to give the mugs out the ACRC’s Centennial Celebration last August at a special dinner opening the convention, but that could not happen so now you have the chance to receive one!

Last weekend I had the opportunity to participate virtually in a local conference meeting and heard the president share that most of the time they could not afford to send a full delegation of delegates to the ACGC Triennial, but since there is not a cost this time, they were looking for 12 delegates. I got back to the office and ran the numbers and found they could send 14 delegates. We have the potential of having a full delegation of 537 delegates from our churches, conferences, officers, associate members and Executive Council members. Plus anyone can join in the meetings since we are sharing them on YouTube.

Why should you join us for these meetings? Let me tell you!

1. A lot has happened over the last three years and we will be sharing about what God has done!
2. Even though we cannot be face-to-face in the same room, it will be a wonderful opportunity for Advent Christians to gather and celebrate who we are and pray for one another.
3. We are looking forward to sharing how we can work together to fulfill our Great Commission and Great Commandment call from God to his people!

I challenge pastors, conference presidents, regional leadership and our superintendents to get the word out, secure delegates and invite all Advent Christians to come together for these meetings to seek God’s presence and leadership. Please pray for our ACGC staff and all those who will be working in preparation for these meetings.
