The Triennial webinar meetings will take place on April 21-23. As we work on the agenda for the meeting, we are being careful to consider what we can deal with in a virtual gathering. It is important if you have any business items that need to be considered by the Business/Resolutions Committee, you must submit them in writing with your signature to the Chairman Rev. Calvin Leavitt at calLeavitt2021@gmail.com by April 9. All items of business must go through the business committee to be considered during the business sessions.

If you have resolutions to be presented to the delegate body, those need to be given in writing with signature to the committee by April 16 so they can be reviewed and prepared for the convention. Again, these would go to the Chairman Calvin Leavitt at calLeavitt2021@gmail.com.

The written reports and video reports from associate members and ACGC departments will be available at the Triennial website (acgc.us/triennial) after April 9. Please take the time to read and watch these reports before the convention begins and be prepared to ask questions of the ACGC directors. There will be no cost to be a delegate or attend these meetings so let’s come together and celebrate what God has done for us, especially through the pandemic. It would be awesome to have 500 participants come together for the meetings and worship. Remember you can participate by registering either as a delegate or a participant, plus you can watch the meetings and service live on YouTube.
