Honduras
Oscar and Enrique teaching in La Cumbre, Honduras

Cristo Salva is excited about a new feeding program they are starting in the community of La Cumbre (Honduras) with Pastor José and his wife Maria. La Cumbre (means “the top”) is a small mountain village about 45 minutes from Macuelizo. There are 50 to 60 children who attend Sunday school weekly and a children’s meeting on Tuesdays. These children will be able to have a meal on Sundays with the funding provided through committed sponsors.

Cristo Salva is praying that they will be able to feed them twice a week with additional sponsorship and give the pastor $50/month to help feed his family. Pastor José normally works selling over-the-counter medicine door-to-door, but currently is not able to work with the quarantine. He is confident the Lord will provide for him and his family. They have one child.

Children’s Sunday school

Enrique, Miriam and Oscar (national ministry leaders working with Cristo Salva) visited and led a children’s service. They did a great job! Enrique will be visiting once a month to check in and encourage them. We are so thankful for the sponsors that have invested in the lives of these sweet children. Muchas gracias!

If you’d like more information about becoming a monthly sponsor, please contact Pastor Ray Marco at Cristo Salva (pray@cristosalva.org).

Pastor Adrian standing on recently poured cement

Pastor Adrian, pastor of the Mision Vientos Recio Church, has completed another phase in the construction of the church building he and his wife Esperanza are pastoring in Colonia Tabachines, La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. They have poured the cement ceiling (floor for the second story). With this step complete, they can now begin closing in the first floor and the interior work as well.
