ACGC Sends Funds to Thailand for Bibles

THAILAND – On July 1 we sent funds to Christian Mission Naratchakwai to help them buy much-needed Bibles. Mrs. Wipada Kaewbhudta, Director of Christian Mission, wrote to us expressing gratitude.

“Thank you everybody who helped and supported us. You helped us a lot. We bought 16 Bibles (4 of Thai-English and 12 Thai) and seven Bible story books. We bought very good books in a very good price and a very good shop. Thank you God about this. Thank you everybody who prays for us.”

It was such a joy to see in their newsletter pictures of new Christians receiving their own personal copies of God’s Word. We are also thrilled that they were able to update their library with gospel-centered children’s books. Pray with us that many will come to know Christ through these resources.

Pastor Kenneth Leads Children through Entire New Testament

MYANMAR – On Monday we received a few pictures from the living room of Pastor Kenneth in Myanmar. Pastor Kenneth cares for 10 orphans out of his home. The parents of these children were either killed or unfit to care for them. Pastor Kenneth is committed to teaching those in his care about Christ and leading them to salvation. They have family Bible study every night and have now completed studying the entire New Testament. In a recent e-mail, he asked us to pray for them as they take on the Old Testament starting in Genesis.
