MOZAMBIQUE – Conference President Samuel Kasakatira called together the council of the Maranatha AC Conference in Mozambique to plan for a leadership training event scheduled for Dec. 2-3.  Books have been purchased courtesy of the Pastors’ Library Fund through the Department of International Missions and given to each of the pastors to read prior to the conference.  President Kasakatira had previously attended a training event using this material and finds it to be valuable, especially since it is written in Chichewa.  He is thus certified to lead the sessions. 

In the past, training took place only when a visitor from the US came to visit.  We are pleased to announce that this is the first of many future events wherein the Maranatha Conference will take the initiative to continue their personal development using their own resources.
