The Nallambakkam Advent Christian Church began in 1998 when career missionaries Marion Damon and Barbara White were in India. With mission support, the church began to worship in a thatched shed.
Later, when Ernie Schache and missionaries Earl and Martha Wright were ministering in India, the mission supported this church with a new thatched shed.
Today, the church has built a new facility on its own through donations. Rev. Stephenson, the current treasurer of the conference, has a great interest in church planting in village areas, and is supportive of their conference church’s ministry.
Over the years, the church has grown. It now has a total of 25 families with approximately 80 members.
