India - Yesuway Jeevan Mission

Pastor B. Balu Nayak from the Advent Christian Church of Mahabubabad, Telangana State shares:

“Due to the COVID-19 lockdown in our Mahabubabad District, Telangana State, I have been doing charities for poor and needy people through your kind financial support.

“I have distributed rice (1000 kilograms) and daily useful things on April 25, 2020 for the poor, orphans and needy at Gaja Thanda Kuravi Mandal Mahabubabad District and I have distributed rice (500 kilograms), vegetables and daily useful goods for the poor, needy and orphans at Baluthanda Village and Kuravi Mandal Mahabubabad District in Telangana State.

“I have invited our mandal revenue officer, M.P.D.O., and sub-inspector of police and our two village, panchayat presidents.

“Most tribes and other people are facing a lot of problems without food and daily needs. Many people are hungry in our tribal area and other villages. Many people are looking for support for food and their daily useful things due to lockdown. Many daily laborers are facing problems with work and money for their livelihood. Pray for the poor people’s needs in our area. They will not forget your support for them. They are very happy and appreciative of our assistance here and they are so thankful to ACGC’s support and sponsorship. All glory to Jesus.

“With Christian love and prayers,

Pastor B. Balu Nayak”

Since the government has limited the number of people meeting together to 50, some churches compensate by holding two services on Sunday.
