Penny Crusade Kicks off at Fellowship Church

NORTH CAROLINA – On Sunday, April 7, Fellowship Church (“Bethlehem” – Taylorsville, N.C.) had their Penny Crusade kick-off with a Black and White Night in the evening (black and white to emphasize the light and darkness theme). Guests were encouraged to wear black and white clothing and there was a photo area decorated in black and white as was the entire candle-lit fellowship hall. There were games and door prizes and finger foods served (with one table of special Indian foods and one with black and white desserts.) The donation bucket contents were to be split evenly between the men’s and women’s teams. In the morning worship service, the video of Calvary Healing Mountain was shown and the committee had decorated the communion table with a City on a Hill.
