On Sunday, January 5, I had the privilege of worshiping and fellowshipping with missionary Erwin Cabrizos and the wonderful folks at Faith Bible Advent Christian Church in Plainville, Connecticut. It was a joy to join them for their morning worship service, where Erwin shared about the incredible missionary work God has entrusted to him and his family.
Erwin spoke about the beginnings of the Agape House ministry in Japan, its growth into several countries and the specific ministries happening today. He made it clear that all of this was God’s work and for his glory. Erwin also challenged the congregation to listen closely to the Lord for the ministry opportunities — both big and small — that he places before us daily.
The day ended with a coffee hour and brunch at the church, providing a wonderful time for informal conversations. Many people had the chance to get to know Erwin better and ask him questions about his ministry.
