The AC Leaders’ Conference is just one month away! Join us February 4-6 at the Advent Christian Village in Dowling Park, Florida., for an inspiring and refreshing event. Rev. Andy Addis, lead teaching and vision pastor of CrossPoint Church, will deliver the keynote. CrossPoint is a rural multisite network of churches based in Hutchinson, Kansas. Rev. Addis also serves as the rural strategist for the North American Mission Board’s replant team and has authored several books, including “Rhythms: Moving From Surviving to Thriving in Ministry.”
Rev. Brandon Thomas, lead pastor of Calvary Advent Christian Church in Lenoir, N.C., will lead worship during the conference.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Rest for Your Soul.” We’ll explore healthy rhythms and habits that empower church leaders to sustain enduring, fruitful ministries. Our goal is for every attendee to find rest, renewal, and biblical encouragement — and to leave with practical solutions for effective ministry.
Conference Sessions:
- Session 1 – The Story of Forgiveness: Learn how to forgive those who hurt you
- Session 2 – Rhythms Part 1: Discover how to shift from surviving to thriving in ministry by embracing biblical rhythms
- Session 3 – Rhythms Part 2: Continue exploring how to thrive in ministry through biblical rhythms
- Session 4 – Why Do We Gather?: Revisit Hebrews 10:24-25 and rediscover the purpose of gathering while shedding the pressures pastors often face
