In December, Garner Advent Christian Church in Garner, North Carolina, made the decision to begin the replanting process. Originally planted in the 1950s, the church is located in one of the fastest-growing communities in Wake County. With an average attendance of 30+ individuals, Redemption Community Church and Northside Community Church will assist by supplying Sunday morning preaching during this season. A provisional elder board will provide leadership and oversight for Garner Advent Christian Church throughout the replanting process until the launch of the new church. Applications are currently being received for prospective planters to lead the new work.
