On Sunday, March 16, a commissioning service took place at the El Shaddai church in Lubumbashi, Congo (DRC). Rev. Bertin Mwanya gave the address, speaking about the team needed in a battle to hold aloft the arms of Moses. Then he introduced key players among Team Lubumbashi:
Pastor Kae Numbi (left) was installed as the new superintendent of the Lubumbashi district Advent Christian churches.
Samuel Biyuka Leza (right) was likewise commissioned as the new director of missions and evangelism.
The event was well attended by an enthusiastic crowd from representative AC churches throughout the district. Afterward, all gathered together for a fine fellowship meal.
