PHILIPPINES – On March 6, 2026, students and faculty of Oro Bible College left the classroom for a full day of hands-on ministry: serving their community, sharing the gospel and encouraging the next generation of believers.

They started in Barangay Opol with a Clean-Up Drive. Students worked side by side cleaning up streets and landscapes, modeling practical service in the name of Christ.
In the afternoon, the Evangelism Class traveled to Claveria for their final practicum. There, they helped lead a monthly gathering of students from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines. Among those present was a respected university professor (and an alumnus of Oro Bible College), serving as a reminder of the school’s ongoing influence in raising leaders for both ministry and education.

During this gathering, OBC students shared messages of faith and encouragement. It was a significant moment for them, as they were able to put what they’d learned in the classroom into real-life practice.

The day ended with students from the Leading Youth class leading a worship event called ‘UNASHAMED’ at Glorious Claveria Advent Christian Church. Pastor Gawangon spoke and encouraged young people to grow deeper in their faith and embrace a life of bold, faithful service. He called Christ followers to stand firm and live unashamed of the gospel.
