PHILIPPINES – The Oro Bible College (OBC) celebrated its Foundation Day on October 25-26, 2024, in a newly renovated auditorium — a symbol of the college’s resilience and forward momentum. This year’s festivities brought together a record-breaking number of alumni, students, faculty, staff and supporters for two days of worship, fellowship and inspiring reflections.

The day began with worship and student presentations, embodying OBC’s enduring mission to nurture faith and excellence. In his opening address, newly-appointed president Jess P. Alumni president Mer Sudaria Lipanta highlighted the remarkable impact of OBC graduates, many of whom now lead as pastors, educators and community changemakers. She reminded attendees that President Gawangon himself exemplifies OBC’s legacy, having risen from a student to the college’s highest office.
