Over the Easter season, most of our African conferences decided to hold larger meetings by converging on a chosen church, but the Tanzania conference chose a different approach. They chose to bring the preaching of the Word and prayers to six different churches, one after the other. At each church, all six of those participating pastors were present, taking turns in bringing the messages and offering prayers.
Johnson Odoyo reports that the primary focus was the Passover accompanied by the suffering, death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ and the impact these truths have in our daily lives as Christians.
The attendance was outstanding, and the results were great to the glory of God. Some were set free from the power of demons while others were healed and many people decided for the first time to commit their lives to Jesus Christ.
God accomplished many deeds for his glory!!
