On Sunday, December 14, 2025, Oak Hill Bible Church celebrated the ongoing ministry of the Holy Spirit and the redemptive work of Christ as Pastor Erik Reynolds baptized 10 people, including a married couple, four youth group teens and a family of four.
As 2025 began, Oak Hill had a great sense of hopefulness. The church spent the first six months training deacons, elders and a hospitality team while making small adjustments to welcome guests. In July, they surpassed their Penny Crusade missions fundraising goal by 43%, and in September, they celebrated their 175th anniversary. It’s one thing to expect God to move and another to see it happen. These 10 baptisms bring the year’s total to 12. Additionally, nine new members joined this Sunday. The church has seen 25% attendance growth from January to November, along with more than 100% growth in its youth group, children’s ministry and adult Bible studies. Those baptized are Brian & Madison Gaughran, Ethan White, Troy Renadautte, Evalynn & Cecelia White, and Matt, Nancy, Cody and Faith LaMonda.
