At ACGC, we see ourselves as servants to our churches and pastors. To that end, we constantly seek the best and most fruitful ways to serve you. One key aspect of this effort is when you submit your annual reports. Both the annual church report and annual ministerial report help us understand how we can best assist you. These reports reveal areas of common concern for our churches and pastors. They also highlight trends in ministry practice and the overall state and direction of the denomination. With this information, we can better tailor our services and resources to your needs. Regional and conference leadership also find these reports helpful in their service to our churches.
I know the reports can seem a bit cumbersome and perfunctory, but rest assured, we don’t just file them away unread. Multiple staff members review the reports and often reach out to offer help or gather more information. I personally read every ministerial report. As important as these reports are, more than 10% of our churches have not submitted them in over a decade. You may not be the person responsible for filing the annual report, but perhaps you could help collect the necessary information or graciously remind the person in charge.
You can quickly and easily file your annual report by visiting: acgc.us/reporting. Once you submit your report, we will forward it to ACGC, your region and your conference. Please reach out if you have questions or need assistance. Remember, these are crucial because they help us determine how we can best serve you.

Question: If this Report is to cover the year 2024, it will be about my ministry at First Church, in Hickory. However, I concluded that ministry effective December 31, 2024, and moved to Oak Ridge, NC. Should I report my Hickory contact info (address, etc.) or my new Oak Ridge contact info (address, etc.) on the 2024 Report form?
Hi John! Please supply current 2025 contact info, but 2024 stats on preaching, etc.
