Arthur R. Shoap, Jr.
Sept. 1942 – Nov. 2021
Our beloved father and grandfather passed from this life. He is now asleep in Jesus, awaiting the second coming of his savior at the resurrection. Arthur served as a pastor for 25 years in American Baptist and Advent Christian churches in Southern California.
He will be warmly remembered for his love of the Lord, food, baseball and politics. Our family remains eternally grateful for his example, especially his passion for social justice, unity in the body of Christ and non-judgmental love for all people!
Arthur is preceded in death by his wife Sandra. He is survived by his daughters Christine and Janine, along with five beloved grandchildren.
