The New Albany Advent Christian Church (New Albany, IN), our most recent replant, reports two baptisms! These public declarations of faith are a reminder of why the work of church planting and revitalization matters. This celebration of new life encouraged and excited this congregation who is navigating a season of transition.
New Albany Church is currently in the midst of the replanting process, with plans to officially launch as Anchor Point Church this October. Led by church planter and pastor Jesse Barnett, the replant effort represents a vision for a gospel-centered community in the area.
For the New Albany Church, these two baptisms are a sign of what is to come. As the launch of Anchor Point Church approaches, the church family is moving forward with expectation, trusting that God is at work even before they officially launch. Pray for this body of fellow believers and that many would come to know Jesus through their faithfulness.
