Prayer (1990-21)
Knowing Jesus taught his disciples “that they should always pray and not give up” (Luke 18:1),
Be it Resolved that we issue this renewed call to prayer to the Advent Christian people around the world. In Paul’s words, “Be joyful always: Pray continually; giving thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
