WHFMS Triennial Meeting

Karen Hall

We are looking forward to seeing you at our WHFMS Triennial meeting on August 18, 2026, which will be held in conjunction with the General Conference Triennial. We are working hard to make this a time to fellowship, be revived, to relax and to conduct important business.

However, we realize that there has been some confusion about registering for the meeting. So, we thought we would provide instructions here to assist you as you prepare to attend. The registration fee for the WHFMS triennial is $30, which covers the programing, a reception and materials.

To register for the WHFMS Triennial Meeting click here to complete the form and pay the registration fee. Then, if you are a delegate for the meeting, also complete the WHFMS Delegate form that follows the registration form or click here. If you are not a delegate, you do not need to complete the second form.

We apologize for any confusion. If you have any questions about this contact me at [email protected] or (304) 920-6873. I will be happy to help you and enjoy talking with you!

Please note: The information regarding the lodging at Ridgecrest is the same for the General Conference Triennial and the WHFMS Triennial. If you are not staying overnight at Ridgecrest there is a $25 usage fee that is paid to Ridgecrest. All this information is on the ACGC website at acgc.us/triennial. Also, if you are attending both the General Conference Triennial and the WHFMS Triennial you must register for both. If you are only attending the WHFMS Triennial you do not need to register for the General Conference Triennial.

Now that we have gotten those important details out of the way here’s information about what you will see and hear at the WHFMS Triennial on August 18 at Ridgecrest in Black Mountain, N.C. This meeting will be held in conjunction with the General Conference Triennial. The past several months we have shared this information in our WHFMS Update. But, here’s a brief overview of what you will experience.

1:00 pm- Meet in the Johnson Springs Auditorium to hear greetings from Rev. Justin Nash, Rev. Jeff Walsh and Rev. Bryce Whiting. Hopefully, we will also hear from and get to meet Johnson Adoyo and Amos Komanya from Tanzania. They will share with us briefly and then spend time with us a little later in the afternoon. Rev. Heath Simpson will provide our special music. We are so fortunate to have as our guest speaker, Kristi Libby, who is a missionary nurse. She and her husband, Craig, work with the Latin American Missions Churches. THIS SESSION IS OPEN TO EVERYONE ATTENDING THE GENERAL CONFERENCE TRIENNIAL, NOT JUST WHFMS MEMBERS.

At 2:30 those who have registered for the WHFMS Triennial meeting will move across the hall, to Johnson Springs 4, where we will sign-in and enjoy a reception with time to talk with Johnson and Amos, and Kristi. We will then start our business meeting. Some of the important items on the agenda are voting on constitutional amendments, election of national WHFMS officers, resolutions, and a special Memorial Service. For this session, both delegates and non-delegates are welcome, but must have registered to attend the WHFMS meeting. Only delegates will be allowed to vote on the business items.

We are truly excited for this opportunity to be together. As we are planning this time we ask you to pray for those involved in the arranging, for all the details involved in pulling this together, for those who will be speaking, leading, sharing and presenting, and especially that our Lord will be honored throughout the time.
